SHIPPING and RETURNS
What are the shipping costs for online store orders?
Shipping costs are €10.00 for Italy including the islands, €20.00 for Europe, €25.00 for the rest of the world.
What payment methods are accepted in the online store?
The store accepts payments via Paypal and Bank Transfer.
How long will I have to wait for delivery?
Delivery usually takes 7/10 working days.
What if the item I bought is not the right size or not what I expected?
Tailoring is the basis of all our creations and therefore if you have the opportunity to come to the Maison we will find the best solution, whether it is an exchange with another garment or a customization. Online, on the other hand, you will have the opportunity to choose or get advice on the most suitable garment for you to make a replacement. On our part, always the utmost availability to make our customers happy to wear Madame Ilary’s garments.
